Weaving

Once the warp beam is prepared, it is mounted on the weaving machine. The warp yarns are then manipulated through the opening and closing motion of the heald frames. The weft yarn is introduced through the opening using a shuttle or air jet, causing variations in the fabric's weave structure. After the interlacing of warp and weft, the result is a woven fabric with various patterns.
